When hovering the mouse pointer over any button a small information pane should appear - this is absent in this program - this would help speed up the creation of new labels and help novice users

Create a dummies guide for novice users. The program seems unecessarily comples - especially for first time users of this type of software

Include the option to select only basic properties (via a dummies button) for those who find the software too complex; that is cut out a lot of the programs attributes and at the click of a dedicated button morph the application into a simple

Include the ability to change the color of the GUI so that the user can match it with their desktop theme

I'm not so fussy, but I have friends who are very fussy about program GUI's w.r.t. matching them in with their desktop themes.

Enable the user to create their own fonts using a freeform editor - for example being able to design their own fonts. This would add a more personal touch for any DVD/CD labels created

Does this require one of those DVD writers that includes a laser writer that writes directly to the DVD being authored?

If not enable this program to be used in conjunction with one

Include LightScribe support

The combination of template generation with LightScribe support is something I've been searching for, as I currently have to make do with very poor workarounds to get the type of labels I want.

Allow the design to be printed by or exported to Lightscribe or the like, directly to disc rather than on paper

I would very much like the ability to print LightScribe labels added to the program. I think this would be a great addition.

Allow text to follow a circular/arc path and not just a straight line. CDs and DVDs are round and it would be nice for the text to follow the same shape. The ability to control the exact start position of the text on the arc would also be needed.

For printing, supply templates for many of the popular pre-cut sticky CD/DVD label sheets, and poition the artwork to exactly match the positions of those cut-outs.

I have matte finish CD labels from Fellows/NEATO (2 per A4 sheet) but there does not seem to be a way to get the new label design to print in the correct position on the sheet.
